Sure Crystal. It's easy! Follow the directions for Size 12-24 months. Use size 10 needles and work approximately 30 rows (or 7 inches) before starting the decrease sequence. All the components can remain the same as written.
I think this is an adorable monkey hat, but I was wondering if the pattern could be modified for an adult?
